Pupil Council

Pupil Council

At St Nicholas Catholic Primary our Pupil Councillors are voted for by their peers each September. They work hard all year listening to others to ensure ‘pupil voice’ is promoted within the school.

We meet weekly to discuss issues within school, make decisions and put in place any actions needed. This year we have helped with ideas for the re-launch of our new school website and worked alongside our school Senior Leadership team and MGL .

As part of being a Pupil Council member we model and encourage good behaviour in and around school. During playtimes we also act as ‘Buddies’ for any child/children who may appear not to have anyone to play with and encourage them to join in with other children.

Our Pupil Council members for 2017-2018 are

 Sofia- Year 1

Aadya and Ahmed- Year 2

Ty and Gabriella -Year 3

Olivia and Ryder-Year 4

Jason and Matilda-Year 5

Alyson and Fergus-Year 6
